  • Please provide us your up to date X-rays, medical transcripts and photos regarding your situation. This may reduce the costs for tests that the hospital might ask for.
  • You will have a dedicated case manager from the moment you fill the forms, till the treatment is finalized. Your case manager will contact you for further information, assist you throughout the process and answer all your questions.

  • Among the suggested treatment options, you can choose the best efficient solution which meets your expectations best. Once you announce your decision to the case manager, you will be put in contact with the hospital and/or doctor.
  • Your flight tickets or necessary transportation such as helicopter or plane will be booked by your case manager. In general scheduled flights will be preferred. In serious medical conditions, ambulance helicopter or ambulance plane can also be arranged.
  • The accommodation will be arranged in a location that is easily accessible to the hospital.
  • You will be met at the airport by a transfer assistant with your name card after the customs area and will be transferred directly to the hotel.
  • The following day of your arrival you will be met by your case manager at the lobby of the hotel and will be transferred to the clinic/hospital to meet your doctor. You will be examined by your doctor and pre- operational tests will be done at the clinic/hospital.
  • On the day of operation/treatment day, your case manager will pick you up from your hotel and will transfer you to the clinic/hospital. Your procedures for admittance will be followed by your case manager.
  • Before discharge, all details about recovery period will be learned from your doctor and necessary medication will also be provided by your case manager.
  • Your invoices will be checked with your case manager and in case of any discrepancy; the hospital management will be contacted for correction. All other procedures for discharge will be followed by your case manager.
  • Upon completion of the procedures, you will be transferred to your hotel/airport.
  • Upon arrival to your home country you will receive a final mail from your case manager providing you a summary of services as well as your final invoice. Payments related with the hospital are made directly to the hospital by the patient. Services such as transfers, tours, translation etc. are made to the agency. Payments are made upfront.
